The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Camilo Mendez stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Josue Prado's shot from short distance in the 4th minute. Revelación's Camilo Mendez proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 8th minute of the match, managed to save Revelación from getting a goal against them. Camilo Mendez made an important save on a dangerous shot by Antonio Rivera in the 10th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carlos Paredes in the 11th minute of play forced Shireoaks FC's goalkeeper Esteban Moreira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Josue Prado in the 13th minute of play forced Revelación's goalkeeper Camilo Mendez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Antonio Rivera fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Camilo Mendez having to interfere. Antonio Rivera struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Camilo Mendez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Shireoaks FC. Camilo Mendez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Josue Prado in the 26th minute of the match. If Andrés Palma had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 33 minutes into the game, Revelación's Andrés Palma nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Esteban Moreira made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Carlos Paredes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Andrés Palma received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Esteban Moreira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Josue Prado to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute Carlos Paredes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Esteban Moreira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 54 minutes into the match, Revelación's goal looked a bit too open when Josue Prado came free, but Camilo Mendez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Josue Prado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Félix Mora's late challenge caught a Shireoaks FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Félix Mora helped the player get up and apologised. Félix Mora kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. Josue Prado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Camilo Mendez having to interfere. Revelación's Camilo Mendez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Josue Prado in the 64th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Andrés Palma got free with Esteban Moreira in the 71st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Camilo Mendez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Josue Prado in the 80th minute of play. Félix Mora recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Antonio Rivera came up free with the goalie in the 91st minute, the Shireoaks FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Antonio Rivera couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Shireoaks FC getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Jhalmar Ribeiro hit a great ball. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Revelación had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
