Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Dagoberto Sifon kicked off to start the match. Ovidio Portillo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ricardo Guardado in the 5th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Venganza's zone, Dagoberto Sifon stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Antonio Mayen came out of the goal and Dagoberto Sifon tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ovidio Portillo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christian Martinez in the 11th minute of the match. After 16 minutes, Salvador Velis mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Bowburn and the Venganza players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 16 played minutes Bowburn got a freekick which was hit by Salvador Velis. After 18 played minutes, Venganza's Rafael Alas shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Ovidio Portillo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Venganza reached it. After some careless play in the Venganza defense, Dagoberto Sifon kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Antonio Mayen. The Venganza fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Antonio Mayen should have stopped the shot. Dagoberto Sifon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Antonio Mayen tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 28 minutes, Cristian Boianelli mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Venganza and the Bowburn players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 28th minute, Cristian Boianelli hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dagoberto Sifon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dagoberto Sifon's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Antonio Mayen read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 34th minute of play. Alberto Umaña struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Antonio Mayen didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bowburn. Bowburn's Ovidio Portillo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rafael Alas in the 41st minute of play.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ricardo Guardado made a kick off. Ovidio Portillo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Christian Martinez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match had gone on for 59 minutes, Dagoberto Sifon put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Antonio Mayen. Antonio Mayen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dagoberto Sifon, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. In the 67th minute of the game Luis Leiva made a throw-in which Cristian Boianelli played forward. Alberto Umaña might have been able to make a better finish in the 69th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Antonio Mayen. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Alberto Umaña ran back to his position shaking his head. Antonio Mayen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alberto Umaña, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the match had gone on for 76 minutes, Dagoberto Sifon put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Antonio Mayen. Antonio Mayen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alberto Umaña in the 79th minute of the match. 81 minutes into the match, Bowburn's goal looked a bit too open when Ricardo Guardado came free, but Ovidio Portillo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Selvin Pedrozo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 86th minute, Max Cruz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 89th minute, Marcelo Navarro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dagoberto Sifon in the 96th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Antonio Mayen saved Venganza from getting behind. Bowburn were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Venganza for a fine match.
