Andrés Vinosis dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Alonso Victorino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andrés Vinosis having to interfere. Andrés Vinosis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alonso Victorino in the 35th minute of play. After 37 minutes, Fabio Guevara mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the F.C. Barcelona and the Holmer Green players grew even worse after the yellow card. Fabio Guevara hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. Andrés Vinosis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alonso Victorino, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Alonso Victorino might have been able to make a better finish in the 45th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Andrés Vinosis. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. The wind increased when Januario Botello made the kick off in the second half. Alonso Victorino scored 0-2 in the 57th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Andrés Vinosis, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 65th minute the ball was on its way in behind F.C. Barcelona's goalkeeper Andrés Vinosis, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar.
