Spectators: 6833 (Terracing: 5001, Seating: 1832, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Francesco Tarantini started the match with the kick off. Dino Fantozzi took the ball and in the 4 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Paolo Rivera. Paolo Rivera dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. When Ulises Noyola came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the FC Barandillas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ulises Noyola couldn't finish the play. FC BARCELONA's Paolo Rivera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dino Fantozzi in the 14th minute of play. In the 18th minute Dino Fantozzi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paolo Rivera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Rafael Rendeross short, quick shot in the 19thth minute got Armand Marant to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 24thth minute of the game Dino Fantozzi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC BARCELONA's Paolo Rivera was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Metin Başhekim sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 32nd match minute, FC BARCELONA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alfredo Serrano to maneuver through the defense. Dino Fantozzi recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, FC Barandillas's Paulo Renato Valadares got a free kick in the 36th minute. Rafael Renderos could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 39th minute of the match, but Armand Marant made a huge save. Armand Marant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jose Oporto, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Francesco Tarantini managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Barandillas's supporters rose to their feet, but Francesco Tarantini was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Paolo Rivera breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 46th match minute, FC BARCELONA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Félix Alvarez to maneuver through the defense. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Alonso Bentos to strike the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in FC BARCELONA's zone, Francesco Tarantini stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Paolo Rivera came out of the goal and Francesco Tarantini tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 54th minute, Alonso Bentos ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Armand Marant was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Francesco Tarantini received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Paolo Rivera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 63 minutes into the match, FC Barandillas's goal looked a bit too open when Rafael Renderos came free, but Armand Marant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dino Fantozzi hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. In the 65th minute, Dino Fantozzi fired away a hard free kick towards the goal. Paolo Rivera moved to his left, but didn't have to make a save as the ball went out of bounds. 69 minutes into the match, Dino Fantozzi notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of FC BARCELONA's Paolo Rivera. Paolo Rivera was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The throw-in from Rony Gutierrez in the 73rd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by FC Barandillas's Avilio Orellana. In the 73rd minute, Dino Fantozzi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC Barandillas fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. Alfredo Serrano hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. 79 minutes into the game, FC Barandillas's Dino Fantozzi nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Paolo Rivera made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-4. The supporters of FC Barandillas booed when FC BARCELONA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rony Gutierrez didn't get a good kick on the ball. Armand Marant showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alonso Bentos in the 85th minute of the match. Francesco Tarantini received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Paolo Rivera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
