Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Baldock FC's Rony Montes started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 9thth minute of the game Rony Montes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC BARCELONA's Paolo Rivera was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roberto Padilla in the 16th minute of play forced FC BARCELONA's goalkeeper Paolo Rivera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 17th play minutes Alfredo Huezo shot 1-0, a short shot which went by Paolo Rivera and just under the crossbar into goal. Jose Oporto's late challenge caught a Baldock FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jose Oporto helped the player get up and apologised. Jose Oporto hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Alfredo Huezo in the 23rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Paolo Rivera, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 24th minute, Jose Oporto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Rony Montes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paolo Rivera having to interfere. Wilber Gallegos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Alfredo Huezo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 34th minute, Shawn Guardado hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alfredo Huezo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Paolo Rivera having to make a save. After a rather tough play, FC BARCELONA's Manuel Barrera got a free kick in the 35th minute. Rony Montes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paolo Rivera having to interfere. Paolo Rivera was a little too slow when Rony Montes got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 47th minute. The score was now 2-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The wind increased when Alonso Bentos made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emiliano Villanueva in the 57th minute of play forced FC BARCELONA's goalkeeper Paolo Rivera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alfredo Huezo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Paolo Rivera tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rony Montes charged in rather forcefully in the 62nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rony Montes the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 67th minute Alfredo Huezo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Paolo Rivera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 69th match minute, FC BARCELONA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alonso Bentos to maneuver through the defense. Yasir Boianelli took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alonso Bentos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Manuel Barrera kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. In the 79th match minute, FC BARCELONA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rony Gutierrez to maneuver through the defense. 81 minutes into the match, Baldock FC's Amilcar Bonilla broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Paolo Rivera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alfredo Huezo in the 83rd minute of play. Rony Montes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paolo Rivera having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rony Montes in the 87th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Paolo Rivera prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Paolo Rivera showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alfredo Huezo in the 89th minute of the match. 90 minutes into the match, FC BARCELONA's goal looked a bit too open when Alfredo Huezo came free, but Paolo Rivera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Rony Montes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Baldock FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
