Edgar Rivas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Deris Guevara blasted a shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Edgar Rivas having to make a save. 32 minutes into the match, Notoriouz Team's goal looked a bit too open when Jaime García came free, but Mario Chavez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Emiliano Rey's late challenge caught a Notoriouz Team's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Deris Guevara in the 38th minute of play forced Manchester United's goalkeeper Edgar Rivas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 41 minutes Manchester United's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Daniel Victorino who took care of the corner kick. A well-hit corner resulted in Alexander Umanzor heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely.
