After some fancy dribbling in the 11th minute, Juan Dubon managed to get in a good position for a shot. Wallsend City's supporters rose to their feet, but Juan Dubon was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alvaro Ribeiro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 13 minutes into the game, Juan Dubon recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Alvaro Ribeiro. Juan Dubon showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. 16 minutes into the match, Thanet FC's goal looked a bit too open when Efrain Fornos came free, but Alvaro Ribeiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 17 minutes into the game, Thanet FC's Miguel Najarro nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Yasir Meza made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Efrain Fornos managed to get in a good position for a shot. Alvaro Ribeiro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in Thanet FC's zone, Juan Dubon stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alvaro Ribeiro came out of the goal and Juan Dubon tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Efrain Fornos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Juan Dubon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Alvaro Ribeiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Alexander Castillo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Edgardo Canales had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Miguel Najarro to strike the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, Wallsend City's Efrain Fornos sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Alvaro Ribeiro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 59 minutes into the match, Thanet FC's Alexander Castillo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Yasir Meza narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A collision led to Thanet FC getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Edgardo Bermudez hit a great ball. After 77 played minutes, Wallsend City's Rolando Pedrozo shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Alvaro Ribeiro came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Wallsend City reached it. Rudy Magaña's late challenge caught a Wallsend City's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rudy Magaña helped the player get up and apologised. Rudy Magaña kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. 83 minutes into the match, Miguel Najarro dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Yasir Meza, 3-2. In the 87th match minute, Thanet FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jhonnatan Padilla to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Wallsend City booed when Thanet FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jhonnatan Padilla didn't get a good kick on the ball. Wallsend City's Juan Dubon got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Jhonnatan Padilla's late challenge caught a Wallsend City's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jhonnatan Padilla helped the player get up and apologised. When the referee ended the match the Wallsend City players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
