After having played for 11 minutes, Richard Salinas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Botley's supporters crossed their fingers, but Richard Salinas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Richard Salinas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hector Zapata having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benji Ocampo in the 40th minute of play forced Botley's goalkeeper Allan Jimenez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Benji Ocampo to strike the kick off in the second half. If Richard Salinas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hector Zapata took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Richard Salinas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Looe AFC's Hector Zapata played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jhonnatan Castro in the 67th minute of play. The supporters of Looe AFC booed when Botley was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Leopoldo Alvarez didn't get a good kick on the ball.
