Hildenborough's Claudio Hernández got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Claudio Hernández succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-0 in the 44th playminute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Claudio Hernández to strike the kick off in the second half. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. West Rainton had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
