A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Nelson Melendez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Efrain Medrano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With an all-out effort, Central London FC's Nelson Melendez threw himself towards the right post 10 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Efrain Medrano, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Jaime Santana stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Januario Ocampo's shot from short distance in the 12th minute. Eliseo Del Cid charged in rather forcefully in the 13th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eliseo Del Cid the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Eliseo Del Cid hit a great freekick 13 minutes into the match. In the 21st minute, Edwin Brizuela got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Efrain Medrano came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the Central London FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Efrain Medrano couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Central London FC booed when Countesthorpe City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rudy Ocampo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Central London FC's Jaime Santana played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Januario Ocampo in the 31st minute of play. Jaime Santana took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rudy Ocampo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Edwin Brizuela might have been able to make a better finish in the 38th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Nelson Melendez. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Edwin Brizuela ran back to his position shaking his head. Edwin Brizuela's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 43rdth minute, Nelson Melendez skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 45 minutes into the match, Edwin Brizuela had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Nelson Melendez. Countesthorpe City's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Edwin Brizuela was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Efrain Medrano stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Efrain Medrano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Edwin Brizuela had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 53rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 57th minute, Efrain Medrano got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Countesthorpe City's Nelson Melendez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edwin Brizuela in the 64th minute of play. When Erick Vinosis fell near the penalty area in the 64th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Countesthorpe City's protests and gave Erick Vinosis a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Countesthorpe City's Saul Escobar got a free kick in the 69th minute. In the 72nd minute, Edwin Brizuela made a precise shot to the right of Nelson Melendez. Countesthorpe City's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. Edwin Brizuela received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Nelson Melendez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Humberto Quijada had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nelson Melendez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rene Barquero in the 86th minute of play. Erick Vinosis kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Edwin Brizuela received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Nelson Melendez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Humberto Quijada in the 96th minute of play forced Countesthorpe City's goalkeeper Nelson Melendez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
