Ricardo Mora started the match with the kick off. 3 minutes into the match, Dudley's goal looked a bit too open when Yasir Pedrozo came free, but Mario Moreno reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jose Mondragon made a fantastic save in the 9th minute, when Ricardo Mora sent off a good shot on target. If Ricardo Mora had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alvaro Arellano's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Jose Mondragon firmly grabbed it by the left post. Ricardo Mora fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jose Mondragon having to interfere. 22 minutes into the match, Dudley's goal looked a bit too open when Carlos Mayen came free, but Mario Moreno reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tooting AFC were furious when Victorino Orellana was red carded, 23 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After 23 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Tooting AFC! 25 minutes into the match, Eliseo Collado notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Tooting AFC's Jose Mondragon. Jose Mondragon was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 32 played minutes, Tooting AFC's Nelson Zelaya shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Mario Moreno came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Tooting AFC reached it. Ernesto Liborio blasted a shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Mario Moreno having to make a save. After a defensive mix-up in Dudley's zone, Carlos Mayen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Mario Moreno came out of the goal and Carlos Mayen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Ernesto Liborio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Carlos Mayen to strike the kick off in the second half. Eliseo Collado kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Tooting AFC's Ricardo Baptista shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 54th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Mario Moreno but with some difficulty. Carlos Mayen in the 56thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Mario Moreno, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Jose Mondragon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alvaro Arellano in the 58th minute of play. The Dudley fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mario Moreno should have stopped the shot. Tooting AFC's Carlos Mayen got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 93rd minute, Guillermo Pinho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jose Mondragon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ricardo Mora, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
