A hard shot 4 in the game by Wilber Rivera from a close distance when the talented Leonel Anaya managed to make a qualified save. Wells's players were relieved. Jorge Ramos kicked well hit freekick during the 5th minute of the match. Euston's Carmelo Berrueta got a good chance for a goal in the 9th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Carmelo Berrueta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Wilber Rivera fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leonel Anaya having to interfere. In the 16th minute the ball was on its way in behind Euston's goalkeeper Wilber Salazar, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ivan Leguizamon in the 18th minute of play forced Euston's goalkeeper Wilber Salazar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 19thth minute of the game Nelson Giron who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Euston's Wilber Salazar was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ivan Leguizamon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Wells's Leonel Anaya played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carmelo Berrueta in the 25th minute of play. Leonel Anaya made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Wilber Rivera sent off a good shot on target. Wilber Rivera sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Carmelo Berrueta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leonel Anaya having to interfere. 36 minutes into the game, Ivan Leguizamon cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Wilber Salazar was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Carmelo Berrueta to make the kick off. Ivan Leguizamon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Carmelo Berrueta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Leonel Anaya showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wilber Rivera, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. If Ivan Leguizamon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 65th minute Carmelo Berrueta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leonel Anaya saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Wilber Rivera had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Euston's zone, Ivan Leguizamon stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wilber Salazar came out of the goal and Ivan Leguizamon tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 74th minute, Carmelo Berrueta got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 76 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Wells! Yasir Benavides shot the penalty kick right outside the post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wilber Rivera in the 82nd minute of play forced Wells's goalkeeper Leonel Anaya to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 83 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Wells! In the 88th minute, Carmelo Berrueta got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. William Flores might have been able to make a better finish in the 94th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Wilber Salazar. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. William Flores ran back to his position shaking his head. When Wilber Rivera came up free with the goalie in the 97th minute, the Euston fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Wilber Rivera couldn't finish the play. Ulises Olmedo hit a great freekick 100 minutes into the match. Yasir Benavides was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 100th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal.
