A nice corner shot did that Shawn Orozco got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Rafael Jatsu quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Fernando Bran kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. In the 16th minute, Mauro Villalobos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Marcelo Zaldaña came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the Holloway fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marcelo Zaldaña couldn't finish the play. Rafael Jatsu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mauro Villalobos in the 26th minute of the match. Mauro Villalobos scored 0-1 in the 26th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rafael Jatsu, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Marcos Villacorta took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rafael Jatsu. Rafael Jatsu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Marcelo Zaldaña struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. The crowd rose to their feet as U.S.A.C.'s Henry Botello slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Efren Pinho. That made the score 1-2 after 36 minutes of play. Henry Botello struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Efren Pinho didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for U.S.A.C.. Efren Pinho made an important save on a dangerous shot by Henry Botello in the 44th minute. The U.S.A.C. players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Holloway were winning 1-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Fernando Bran was the one to do the kick off. Fernando Bran took the ball and in the 53 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Efren Pinho. Efren Pinho dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. Manuel Arellano kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. After 59 minutes, Fernando Bran mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the U.S.A.C. and the Holloway players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, U.S.A.C.'s Fernando Bran got a free kick in the 59th minute. 61 minutes into the match, U.S.A.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Marcelo Zaldaña came free, but Rafael Jatsu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Marcelo Zaldaña had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 63rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Marcelo Zaldaña's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rafael Jatsu was relentless in the 66th minute of the game. Rafael Jatsu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Avilio Castro in the 68th minute of the match. The supporters of U.S.A.C. booed when Holloway was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 70 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mauro Villalobos didn't get a good kick on the ball. U.S.A.C.'s German Ruano was substituted for Sergio Guevara. U.S.A.C.'s Fernando Bran got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Israel Donis's late challenge caught a Holloway's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Israel Donis helped the player get up and apologised. After 91 minutes of play, U.S.A.C.'s Fernando Bran made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Efren Pinho was left in no man's land by his defense there! Agustin Oporto charged in rather forcefully in the 96th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Agustin Oporto the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 96th minute, Agustin Oporto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. For all the effort they put into the match, the Holloway players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for U.S.A.C..
