Spectators: 7600 (Terracing: 5500, Seating: 2000, VIP seats: 100) Stretford's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Milton Salazar 5 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. Stretford's Yasir Bonilla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Deris Bustamante in the 8th minute of play. In the 9th minute Rudy Dubon shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Waldir Oporto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 11 minutes into the match, Stretford's goal looked a bit too open when Waldir Castillo came free, but Yasir Bonilla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 12 minutes Stretford's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Hector Peredes who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Hector Peredes got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Yasir Bonilla quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. If Milton Salazar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Waldir Castillo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Yasir Bonilla was relentless in the 18th minute of the game. Libardo Galdamez kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. Yasir Bonilla was out of position in the 25 minute of play, and Waldir Castillo capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Waldir Castillo really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. Yasir Bonilla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Waldir Castillo in the 30th minute of play. The supporters of Stretford booed when CF Deportivo Ramón was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Danilo Huezo didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 34th minute of the match Ovidio Salazar sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Waldir Oporto skillfully saved the ball. Waldir Castillo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yasir Bonilla having to interfere. CF Deportivo Ramón's Francisco Benavides was substituted for Hugo Ventura. After 38 played minutes Stretford got a freekick which was hit by Libardo Galdamez. Stretford's Yasir Bonilla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Waldir Castillo in the 40th minute of play. Waldir Castillo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Yasir Bonilla having to make a save. Hector Peredes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 45th minute of the match, but Yasir Bonilla made a huge save. Waldir Castillo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

In the 52nd minute, Waldir Castillo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The CF Deportivo Ramón fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Waldir Oporto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luis Cerritos in the 57th minute of play. After having played for 61 minutes, Milton Salazar managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CF Deportivo Ramón's supporters crossed their fingers, but Milton Salazar was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Milton Salazar in the 65th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Yasir Bonilla prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Waldir Castillo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Yasir Bonilla tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Milton Salazar in the 69th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Yasir Bonilla saved Stretford from getting behind. Yasir Bonilla stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Waldir Castillo's shot from short distance in the 71st minute. CF Deportivo Ramón's Waldir Castillo got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Waldir Castillo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Waldir Castillo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Yasir Bonilla showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Waldir Castillo, who was totally free with the ball in the 81st minute. In the 82nd minute, Emiliano Quijada hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hector Peredes blasted a shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Yasir Bonilla having to make a save. Waldir Castillo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Yasir Bonilla having to interfere. Yasir Bonilla took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Milton Salazar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Waldir Castillo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Yasir Bonilla was relentless in the 90th minute of the game. In the 95th minute, Waldir Castillo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Milton Salazar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Yasir Bonilla tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee ended the match the CF Deportivo Ramón players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
