Spectators: 6800 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1800, VIP seats: 0) Miguel Villalobos made the kick off and thus started the match. The supporters of Tigres FC booed when Baru AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Miguel Parra didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 12 minutes, Kasper Högström made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Baru AFC's Abel Saborio tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Tigres FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 16th minute, when Miguel Parra scored to the left of an out of position Tabor Cano, making the score, 1-1. After some careless play in the Baru AFC defense, Váldson Queiroz kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Abel Saborio. The Baru AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Abel Saborio should have stopped the shot. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Váldson Queiroz in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Abel Saborio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 32nd minute Váldson Queiroz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Abel Saborio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 33 minutes of play, Tigres FC's Kasper Högström made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Abel Saborio was left in no man's land by his defense there! Kasper Högström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Váldson Queiroz got free with Abel Saborio in the 53rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kasper Högström in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Abel Saborio saved Baru AFC from getting behind. Abel Saborio made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Váldson Queiroz sent off a good shot on target. Baru AFC's Abel Saborio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 59th minute of the match, managed to save Baru AFC from getting a goal against them. Abel Saborio came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by Tigres FC's Esbjörn Höijer. But to his dismay, Esbjörn Höijer quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-4. Váldson Queiroz's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Abel Saborio firmly grabbed it by the left post. Andrzej Piwowarski recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 73rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Abel Saborio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Esbjörn Höijer in the 76th minute of play. Váldson Queiroz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cid Huertas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Tabor Cano stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Miguel Parra's shot from short distance in the 80th minute. 81 minutes into the match, Kasper Högström dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Abel Saborio, 1-5. Kasper Högström blasted a shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Abel Saborio having to make a save. After a defensive mix-up in Baru AFC's zone, Mikael Lobo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Abel Saborio came out of the goal and Mikael Lobo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 88th minute, Thamrongsak Sittinoi ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Abel Saborio was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-6. Tigres FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
