Naranjo's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Zancudo FC the free kick. Cid Quesada stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Henry Cisneros's shot from short distance in the 12th minute. In the 15th minute, Keilor Campos fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. If Henry Cisneros had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cid Quesada showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Henry Cisneros in the 22nd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Naranjo's zone, Keilor Campos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Paul Picado came out of the goal and Keilor Campos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Naranjo's Paul Picado proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 27th minute of the match, managed to save Naranjo from getting a goal against them. A collision led to Zancudo FC getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Hernan Madriz hit a great ball. In the 33rd minute of the match Nino Matamoros shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Cid Quesada showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Naranjo's zone, Fidel Pineda stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Paul Picado came out of the goal and Fidel Pineda tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Henry Solis managed to get in a good position for a shot. Naranjo's supporters rose to their feet, but Henry Solis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cid Quesada breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Keilor Campos sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Henry Cisneros to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 59th minute, Henry Cisneros ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cid Quesada was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 65th minute the ball was on its way in behind Zancudo FC's goalkeeper Cid Quesada, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a little luck, Zancudo FC's Cid Quesada got control of the ball when Henry Solis tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Henry Cisneros came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the Naranjo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Henry Cisneros couldn't finish the play. Cid Quesada showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Henry Cisneros in the 74th minute of the match. 77 minutes into the match, Zancudo FC's Fidel Pineda sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Paul Picado narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Fidel Pineda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Paul Picado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Paul Picado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Keilor Campos in the 83rd minute of the match. In the 90th minute, Henry Solis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
