Elar Queron took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Minor Godinez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience thought a goal was coming when Reiner Naranjo got free with Bernardo Arias in the 11th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Elar Queron stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Minor Godinez's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. LinuX F.C. were awarded a corner in the 22th minute after Pamplona FC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Elmer Lozano took the corner. Elar Queron came out of the goal in the 44th minute to try and stop a shot by LinuX F.C.'s Frank Soto. But to his dismay, Frank Soto quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Frank Soto in the 47th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Elar Queron prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After the first half LinuX F.C. were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Without hesitation aimed to the right of Elar Queron, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After 77 played minutes LinuX F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Tulio Burgos. LinuX F.C. made a substitution. Jorge Padilla replaced Frank Soto. Bernardo Arias showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vladimir Frid in the 80th minute of the match. Pamplona FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Izydor Betonowy in the 81st minute. At last the ball reached Vladimir Frid at the corner, ending with a kick to difficult to stop for the goalkeeper of LinuX F.C.. 1-2. Jorge Padillas short, quick shot in the 88thth minute got Elar Queron to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Bernardo Arias made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Izydor Betonowy in the 89th minute of play. In the 91st minute, Pepe Sibaja hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jorge Padilla in the 94thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Elar Queron, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 95th match minute, LinuX F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rodolfo Marinho to maneuver through the defense. The LinuX F.C. supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing LinuX F.C. would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
