Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mitxel Llorente in the 8th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Betadur Calahorra prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Mitxel Llorente had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The supporters of Huandaro FC booed when Acochaca was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hermon Pazo didn't get a good kick on the ball. 16 minutes into the game, Huandaro FC's Mitxel Llorente nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Betadur Calahorra made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Nardo Asuaga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Betadur Calahorra tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 24 minutes, Hermon Pazo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Acochaca and the Huandaro FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 25th minute, Hermon Pazo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Betadur Calahorra showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mitxel Llorente in the 26th minute of the match. Miro Heneriz came out of the goal in the 29th minute to try and stop a shot by Acochaca's Lopez Pinos. But to his dismay, Lopez Pinos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Miro Heneriz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Madaleno Uralde, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lopez Pinos struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Miro Heneriz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Acochaca. The supporters of Acochaca booed when Huandaro FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Silvio Nogro didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Mitxel Llorente made a kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Madaleno Uralde had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Miro Heneriz. Huandaro FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Madaleno Uralde was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. Nardo Asuaga fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Betadur Calahorra having to interfere. In the 60th minute, Nardo Asuaga left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Huandaro FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. 69 minutes into the game, Txeru Arceo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Acochaca's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Huandaro FC the free kick. After a rather tough play, Acochaca's Txeru Arceo got a free kick in the 69th minute. In the 75th minute Mitxel Llorente shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Betadur Calahorra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Acochaca's zone, Nardo Asuaga stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Betadur Calahorra came out of the goal and Nardo Asuaga tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Acochaca getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Lluciano Enciso hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Huandaro FC's Nardo Asuaga slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Betadur Calahorra. That made the score 2-3 after 80 minutes of play. Nardo Asuaga who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 85thth minute tested the skills of Betadur Calahorra when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Thanks to some nice moves Nardo Asuaga could shoot a difficult shot in the 88th minute, which Betadur Calahorra however easily saved by the left post. With a little luck, Acochaca's Betadur Calahorra got control of the ball when Nardo Asuaga tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 91st minute Mitxel Llorente shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Betadur Calahorra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Acochaca's Betadur Calahorra proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to save Acochaca from getting a goal against them. With an all-out effort, Huandaro FC's Betadur Calahorra threw himself towards the right post 94 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Mitxel Llorente, which otherwise would have been placed in the net.
