Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Lutapata's Victorino Nicolas started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 5th minute, Hondo Cañaveral fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eron Tuset got free with Maiorga Madariaga in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Victorino Nicolas struck a weak shot in the 13th minute. Aires Cabezon didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lutapata. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bruno Abaurre during the 16th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 17 played minutes Lutapata got a freekick which was hit by Bruno Abaurre. In the 20th minute, Joaquin Sociats sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Lutapata's Maiorga Madariaga didn't even have to move. An unexpectedly hard shot by Izotz Paratorrecilla in the 21st minute of play forced Limon's goalkeeper Aires Cabezon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 22 minutes into the game, Janpier Campos was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Limon's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lutapata the free kick. Janpier Campos hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. Aires Cabezon didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Victorino Nicolas went, in the 26th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. 0-2 became the score in the 30th minute when Izotz Paratorrecilla elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Aires Cabezon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Izotz Paratorrecilla in the 33rd minute of play. Victorino Nicolas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 38th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aires Cabezon having to interfere. Joaquin Sociats charged in rather forcefully in the 41st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Joaquin Sociats the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Joaquin Sociats hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. In the 42nd minute of the match Sancho Chamochin shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Aires Cabezon showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Izotz Paratorrecilla fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aires Cabezon having to interfere. The Limon players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Lutapata were winning 0-3.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Hondo Cañaveral stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Limon's Aires Cabezon got control of the ball when Izotz Paratorrecilla tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 59thth minute of the game Victorino Nicolas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Limon's Aires Cabezon was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 61st match minute, Limon was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Janpier Campos to maneuver through the defense. Eron Tuset struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Maiorga Madariaga didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Limon. After a defensive mix-up in Limon's zone, Izotz Paratorrecilla stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Aires Cabezon came out of the goal and Izotz Paratorrecilla tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Clis Cevallos hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. Eron Tuset fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Maiorga Madariaga having to interfere. Izotz Paratorrecilla could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Aires Cabezon made a huge save. Zacarias Alvaro charged in rather forcefully in the 82nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Zacarias Alvaro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In a very dangerous position, a player in Limon fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 81st minute. Penalty! 83 minutes into the game, Sancho Chamochin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Aires Cabezon was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Victorino Nicolas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aires Cabezon having to interfere. Victorino Nicolas was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 95th minute. Lutapata's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Victorino Nicolas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 98th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aires Cabezon having to interfere. Lutapata played a much better game than Limon and deserved their victory. The Limon players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
