Eliu Vede who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 22ndth minute tested the skills of Gilesindo Bañuelos when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 24th minute of the match Laccora got a corner. Recreo FBC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Florencio Mirabal's late challenge caught a Laccora's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. In the 32nd minute of the match Mario Illan sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ulizes Xandri skillfully saved the ball. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eliazar Lopidana couldn't finish the play. Eliazar Lopidana might have been able to make a better finish in the 90th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ulizes Xandri. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Laccora's Ulizes Xandri played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eliazar Lopidana in the 95th minute of play. After some careless play in the Recreo FBC defense, Gabriel Lainez kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gilesindo Bañuelos. The Recreo FBC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gilesindo Bañuelos should have stopped the shot. Laccora's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
