The audience was convinced that Cefero Astudillo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Xoan Orruma was relentless in the 24th minute of the game. After 25 played minutes Utcune got a freekick which was hit by Gilabert Pedrera. Xoan Orruma made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Guillerme Yturrondo in the 26th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Utcune's zone, Cefero Astudillo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Xoan Orruma came out of the goal and Cefero Astudillo tried to chip the ball over his head. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gilabert Pedrera to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, Deportivo Imoteck's Jago Rebollar got a free kick in the 51st minute. 53 minutes into the game, Utcune's Gilabert Pedrera nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Tesher Julius made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Quilo Rienda kicked well hit freekick during the 58th minute of the match. Deportivo Imoteck's Florian Zawada shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 59th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Xoan Orruma but with some difficulty. Xoan Orruma took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Guillerme Yturrondo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Berart Charri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Xoan Orruma tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Marko Berrios recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Xoan Orruma made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cefero Astudillo in the 69th minute. When Guillerme Yturrondo came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Deportivo Imoteck fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Guillerme Yturrondo couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Utcune's zone, Marko Berrios stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Xoan Orruma came out of the goal and Marko Berrios tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Deportivo Imoteck's Cecilio Villamediana got a free kick in the 86th minute. Florian Zawada fired away a difficult shot at goal in the 89th minute. He almost succeeded, but the ball went over. It was a very nice shot. Quilo Rienda charged in rather forcefully in the 94th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Quilo Rienda the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 94 played minutes Utcune got a freekick which was hit by Quilo Rienda. Deportivo Imoteck were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
