Spectators: 6723 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1723, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Generosb Jauregui started the match with the kick off. Artaldo Tijerina showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vitorino Canaria in the 5th minute of the match. 8 minutes into the match, Cotorca FC's goal looked a bit too open when Quirze Balbin came free, but Salomon Garzon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Cotorca FC's Yader Azua got a free kick in the 13th minute. In the 13th minute of the match Chus Carro sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Salomon Garzon skillfully saved the ball. Quirze Balbin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Artaldo Tijerina made a fantastic save in the 22nd minute, when Leopoldo Llago sent off a good shot on target. After a defensive mix-up in Cuille's zone, Vitorino Canaria stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Artaldo Tijerina came out of the goal and Vitorino Canaria tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Generosb Jauregui sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Yader Azua hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. 33 minutes into the match, Cuille's goalkeeper Artaldo Tijerina had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Leopoldo Llago. Leopoldo Llago received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Artaldo Tijerina tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Generosb Jauregui managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cuille's supporters rose to their feet, but Generosb Jauregui was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Salomon Garzon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Leopoldo Llago had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Vitorino Canaria to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Generosb Jauregui in the 53rd minute of play forced Cotorca FC's goalkeeper Salomon Garzon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 55th minute Cuille were awarded a corner. Chus Carro went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Chus Carro got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Salomon Garzon quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Quirze Balbin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Sergio Blas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Vitorino Canaria in the 71st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Artaldo Tijerina saved Cuille from getting behind. Artizar Cembrano struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Artaldo Tijerina didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cotorca FC. Vitorino Canaria received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Artaldo Tijerina tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Artaldo Tijerina came out of the goal in the 78th minute to try and stop a shot by Cotorca FC's Vitorino Canaria. But to his dismay, Vitorino Canaria quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Cuille's Artaldo Tijerina played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vitorino Canaria in the 90th minute of play. In the 92nd minute, Eate Prieto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Artaldo Tijerina showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leopoldo Llago in the 94th minute of the match. Artaldo Tijerina showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leopoldo Llago, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute. Cotorca FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
