In the 5th minute of the match, Gergori Cañas tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Severiano Olaso saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Catalano Sports FBC's Gergori Cañas got a good chance for a goal in the 8th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gergori Cañas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Severiano Olaso having to interfere. Clis Rada's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Severiano Olaso firmly grabbed it by the left post. Clis Rada struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Severiano Olaso didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Catalano Sports FBC. 28 minutes into the game, Catalano Sports FBC's Abel Irastorza nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Severiano Olaso made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Ysmael Cachon showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Naike Baraona, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Naike Baraona fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ysmael Cachon having to interfere. 1-1 came in the 45th minute when Transito Orio all by himself managed to get straight through the defense and place the ball into the net to the right of Ysmael Cachon.

Quilino Santirso kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. Gergori Cañas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Severiano Olaso having to interfere. If Gergori Cañas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Severiano Olaso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Clis Rada in the 82nd minute of play. Prospero Tarano charged in rather forcefully in the 87th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Prospero Tarano the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 87th match minute, Union panteras FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Prospero Tarano to maneuver through the defense. The Catalano Sports FBC players were eager to celebrate when the final whistle sounded. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
