After 14 played minutes, Tasahuay FC's Gonzo Pisciña shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Prospero Orsini came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Tasahuay FC reached it. Prospero Orsini came out of the goal in the 17th minute to try and stop a shot by Tasahuay FC's Victorino Castillo. But to his dismay, Victorino Castillo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. In the 21st minute of the match Gagriel Villota sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Prospero Orsini skillfully saved the ball. Victorino Castillo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Prospero Orsini showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Victorino Castillo in the 26th minute of the match. Prospero Orsini took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Firmin Quejo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 36th minute the ball was on its way in behind Yagen FBC's goalkeeper Prospero Orsini, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Firmin Quejo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Prospero Orsini tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bembe Cagide was the one to do the kick off. The Yagen FBC fans' excitement grew in the 52nd match minute when Yagen FBC's Bembe Cagide looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Firmin Quejo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Prospero Orsini breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Victorino Castillo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Tasahuay FC booed when Yagen FBC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bastian Espineiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. Firmin Quejo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Prospero Orsini having to interfere. Romano Guibar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alex Esteve, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute.
