F.JEICYV.C's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Limatambo FBC the free kick. Ramirez Traveso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Victorio Pestaña received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Gilabert Cadena tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gilabert Cadena took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ramirez Traveso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 18th minute, Victorio Pestaña got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Victorio Pestaña in the 20th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gilabert Cadena prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With a little luck, Limatambo FBC's Baltasar Lastra got control of the ball when Monico Chavarre tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 26 minutes, Simao Izaguirre mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the F.JEICYV.C and the Limatambo FBC players grew even worse after the yellow card. 25 minutes into the game, one of F.JEICYV.C:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Limatambo FBC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 30th minute, when Ferdinand Mejina scored to the left of an out of position Baltasar Lastra, making the score, 1-1. After some careless play in the Limatambo FBC defense, Monico Chavarre kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Baltasar Lastra. The Limatambo FBC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Baltasar Lastra should have stopped the shot. Monico Chavarre received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Baltasar Lastra tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Baltasar Lastra showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ferdinand Mejina, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-1 at half-time.

The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Patricio Canelas during the 57th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, F.JEICYV.C's Patricio Canelas got a free kick in the 57th minute. In the 60th minute of the match Limatambo FBC got a corner. F.JEICYV.C's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Martxot Enao ran over to the corner to take the kick. It was a well-played corner which Jacindo Monterroso managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ramirez Traveso in the 63rd minute of play forced F.JEICYV.C's goalkeeper Gilabert Cadena to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Ramirez Traveso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 73 minutes, Ramirez Traveso managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Limatambo FBC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ramirez Traveso was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Limatambo FBC's Tonete Chave got a free kick in the 78th minute. If Ferdinand Mejina had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Victorio Pestaña sent away a hard shot on goal in the 86th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tonete Chave's late challenge caught a F.JEICYV.C's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tonete Chave helped the player get up and apologised. Monico Chavarre received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Baltasar Lastra tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. F.JEICYV.C's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
