Ubendu Verganza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Manny Lobelo having to interfere. In the 12th minute, Iscaicancha FBC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Ubendu Verganza fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Manny Lobelo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ubendu Verganza in the 15th minute of play. In the 15th minute, Nestor Docio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Ysidro Chirghentino fell near the penalty area in the 17th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Iscaicancha FBC's protests and gave Ysidro Chirghentino a yellow card for diving instead. 23 minutes into the match, Efraim Arechavala notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Iscaicancha FBC's Manny Lobelo. Manny Lobelo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Hanni Machuca showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Teofilio Ciaran in the 26th minute of the match. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Teofilio Ciaran made the kick off in the second half. Ubendu Verganza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 51st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. Iscaicancha FBC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. In the 59th minute Efraim Arechavala shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Manny Lobelo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. sporchiclayo's Ubendu Verganza got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 65 played minutes, sporchiclayo's Ramone Cera shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Manny Lobelo came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in sporchiclayo reached it. Nestor Docio's late challenge caught a Iscaicancha FBC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nestor Docio helped the player get up and apologised. In the 67th minute, Nestor Docio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Beremundo Bedia charged in rather forcefully in the 70th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Beremundo Bedia the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 87 minutes of play, sporchiclayo's Ubendu Verganza made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Manny Lobelo was left in no man's land by his defense there! The audience was convinced that Efraim Arechavala's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Manny Lobelo was relentless in the 91st minute of the game. Ubendu Verganza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Manny Lobelo having to interfere. Manny Lobelo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ubendu Verganza in the 95th minute of play. Efraim Arechavala sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. sporchiclayo were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Iscaicancha FBC for a fine match.
