Rosendo Ares fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Goiz Palenzuela having to interfere. In the 16th match minute, Aliaga FBC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carlo Megia to maneuver through the defense. 17 minutes into the match, JIREH FC's Agostinho Gabi broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Illart Villafañe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 24th minute, Illart Villafañe got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Mannie Angosto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Aliaga FBC's Goiz Palenzuela got control of the ball when Illart Villafañe tried to sneak it across the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rosendo Ares was the one to do the kick off. Adolfo Tiagonce charged in rather forcefully in the 52nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Adolfo Tiagonce the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Rosendo Ares sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of JIREH FC booed when Aliaga FBC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Martino Posada didn't get a good kick on the ball. Goiz Palenzuela made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Illart Villafañe in the 70th minute of play. Garin Campero was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Mannie Angosto showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 73 minute of play. If Mannie Angosto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Diego Gandara hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 83rd minute, Rosendo Ares managed to get in a good position for a shot. JIREH FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Rosendo Ares was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Goiz Palenzuela breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. JIREH FC's Garin Campero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mannie Angosto in the 89th minute of play. If Mannie Angosto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Mannie Angosto came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the Aliaga FBC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mannie Angosto couldn't finish the play. Kelemen Troche received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Garin Campero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, JIREH FC's Agostinho Gabi got a free kick in the 96th minute. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
