Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Xuan Tellez started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Oihenarte Aranzabal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Gervasio Pirez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Chale Sopuerta charged in rather forcefully in the 8th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Chale Sopuerta the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 9th minute there was a penalty for Chisque. Mero Gabirondo stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Pepe Burgueño. 1-0. When Jorge Consul came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the Chisque fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jorge Consul couldn't finish the play. After 15 minutes, Astigar Paradelo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Chisque and the Jaraya FBC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Licerio Reynoso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Oihenarte Aranzabal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 24th minute, Licerio Reynoso ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gervasio Pirez was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Xuan Tellez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Oihenarte Aranzabal struck a weak shot in the 30th minute. Gervasio Pirez didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Jaraya FBC. An unexpectedly hard shot by Licerio Reynoso in the 32nd minute of play forced Chisque's goalkeeper Gervasio Pirez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 36 minutes, Jorge Consul managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Chisque's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jorge Consul was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 40th minute, Xuan Tellez fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Xuan Tellez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Xuan Tellez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Licerio Reynoso to make the kick off. Xuan Tellez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pepe Burgueño having to interfere. If Xuan Tellez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The audience was convinced that Jorge Consul's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pepe Burgueño was relentless in the 64th minute of the game. In the 66th match minute, Jaraya FBC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eutor Digon to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Jaraya FBC's zone, Jorge Consul stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pepe Burgueño came out of the goal and Jorge Consul tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience was convinced that Xuan Tellez's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pepe Burgueño was relentless in the 81st minute of the game. 85 minutes into the match, Chisque's Jorge Consul sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Pepe Burgueño narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Xuan Tellez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a defensive mix-up in Jaraya FBC's zone, Jorge Consul stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pepe Burgueño came out of the goal and Jorge Consul tried to chip the ball over his head.
