Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Rufio Mezquita's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Hodei Rosario read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 14th minute of play. Hodei Rosario came out of the goal in the 15th minute to try and stop a shot by Lanche's Generosb Labastida. But to his dismay, Generosb Labastida quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. arcangeles's Hodei Rosario played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rufio Mezquita in the 19th minute of play. Generosb Labastida might have been able to make a better finish in the 22nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Hodei Rosario. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Generosb Labastida ran back to his position shaking his head. The supporters of Lanche booed when arcangeles was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cai Ballesteros didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Oier Jacome fell near the penalty area in the 26th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lanche's protests and gave Oier Jacome a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Lanche getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Oier Jacome hit a great ball. Rocendo Cuñat received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Nelio Viniambres tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luzea Menchaca hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Hodei Rosario showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rufio Mezquita in the 34th minute of the match. After 35 played minutes Lanche got a freekick which was hit by Pau Ajorbe. Rufio Mezquita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Hodei Rosario tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 39 minutes, Cai Ballesteros mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the arcangeles and the Lanche players grew even worse after the yellow card. Cai Ballesteros kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in arcangeles's zone, Generosb Labastida stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hodei Rosario came out of the goal and Generosb Labastida tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience was convinced that Rufio Mezquita's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Hodei Rosario was relentless in the 42nd minute of the game. After 47 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for arcangeles! The referee gave Lanche a penalty, 49 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Jonas Tortoles, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of arcangeles's Hodei Rosario. 0-2. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Rufio Mezquita managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lanche's supporters rose to their feet, but Rufio Mezquita was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Hodei Rosario breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Hodei Rosario made an important save on a dangerous shot by Generosb Labastida in the 60th minute. Rocendo Cuñat scored 1-2 in the 62nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nelio Viniambres, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Rufio Mezquita fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hodei Rosario having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emenon Alonzo in the 68th minute of play forced Lanche's goalkeeper Nelio Viniambres to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Generosb Labastida fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hodei Rosario having to interfere. Nataniel Lopes hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. Through an outstanding action, after 75 minutes, Hodei Rosario successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rufio Mezquita in the 83rd minute of play forced arcangeles's goalkeeper Hodei Rosario to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lanche's Generosb Labastida got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in arcangeles's zone, Rufio Mezquita stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hodei Rosario came out of the goal and Rufio Mezquita tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lanche's Rufio Mezquita got a good chance for a goal in the 94th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Rufio Mezquita received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Hodei Rosario tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 99 minutes into the match, arcangeles's goalkeeper Hodei Rosario had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Generosb Labastida. The arcangeles fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Lanche were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
