Spectators: 7747 (Terracing: 5977, Seating: 1650, VIP seats: 120) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Zarando Naveda started the match with the kick off. In the 6th minute, Julio Pato hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Universitario FBC getting a freekick after 8 minutes play. Min Lisundia hit a great ball. elchudegian FBC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 13th minute, when Zarando Naveda scored to the left of an out of position Frantzes Tramontes, making the score, 1-0. Ted Guisado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Quintan Lombana, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Universitario FBC's Zarando Naveda got a good chance for a goal in the 18th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 22 minutes into the match, elchudegian FBC's goal looked a bit too open when Zarando Naveda came free, but Frantzes Tramontes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zarando Naveda in the 25th minute of play forced elchudegian FBC's goalkeeper Frantzes Tramontes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 28th minute, Zarando Naveda ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Frantzes Tramontes was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Quintan Lombana scored 2-1 in the 32nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ted Guisado, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Lesardo Oyaga might have been able to make a better finish in the 36th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Frantzes Tramontes. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lesardo Oyaga ran back to his position shaking his head. Zarando Naveda blasted a shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Frantzes Tramontes having to make a save. Quintan Lombana received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Ted Guisado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Quintan Lombana to make the kick off. If Lesardo Oyaga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 61st minute, Lesardo Oyaga got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, elchudegian FBC's Julio Pato got a free kick in the 63rd minute. In the 63rd minute of the match Marcelo Tiedra shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Frantzes Tramontes showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. A collision led to elchudegian FBC getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Cordara Varsana hit a great ball. Ted Guisado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Quintan Lombana, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lesardo Oyaga recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 71st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Gomez Pujargimon fell near the penalty area in the 79th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored elchudegian FBC's protests and gave Gomez Pujargimon a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, elchudegian FBC's Gomez Pujargimon got a free kick in the 79th minute. If Zarando Naveda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Frantzes Tramontes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lesardo Oyaga in the 87th minute of play. After 98 minutes of play elchudegian FBC's Gomez Pujargimon was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After 98 played minutes elchudegian FBC got a freekick which was hit by Gomez Pujargimon. For all the effort they put into the match, the elchudegian FBC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Universitario FBC.
