FC Real Barcelona's Zavier Ventura played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bazkoare Nieto in the 10th minute of play. With a little luck, Antaparera's Bruno Villavedon got control of the ball when Eloy Ceitegui tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Antaparera getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Tonio Vilaro hit a great ball. Nayely Coria kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Antaparera's Bazkoare Nieto got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bazkoare Nieto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 30 played minutes FC Real Barcelona got a freekick which was hit by Omar Rosado. Zavier Ventura made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bazkoare Nieto in the 36th minute of play. If Bazkoare Nieto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in FC Real Barcelona's zone, Bazkoare Nieto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zavier Ventura came out of the goal and Bazkoare Nieto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Bazkoare Nieto came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Antaparera fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Bazkoare Nieto couldn't finish the play. Omar Rosado kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Nisio Reoyo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eloy Ceitegui in the 53rd minute of play forced Antaparera's goalkeeper Bruno Villavedon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zavier Ventura showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bazkoare Nieto in the 55th minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rey Garoña during the 60th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 64th minute Eloy Ceitegui shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bruno Villavedon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Bazkoare Nieto helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of FC Real Barcelona booed when Antaparera was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bazkoare Nieto didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 83rd minute, Bazkoare Nieto got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal.
