Baudelio Caravantes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Xuaco Miquel in the 16th minute of the match. Ler Ladrada kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. Cresenciano Escapa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leopoldo Pieres, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 23 minutes, Rosio Cimbron managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Club Deportivo ATE's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rosio Cimbron was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 23 minutes, Rosio Cimbron mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Club Deportivo ATE and the Sicuayoj FBC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Sicuayoj FBC booed when Club Deportivo ATE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rosio Cimbron didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Sicuayoj FBC's Xuaco Miquel got a free kick in the 25th minute. Club Deportivo ATE's Rosio Cimbron got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Eleder Mauriz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Cresenciano Escapa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rosio Cimbron in the 33rd minute of play. Xuaco Miquel kicked well hit freekick during the 34th minute of the match. Fausto Charri received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Baudelio Caravantes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fausto Charri in the 41st minute of play forced Club Deportivo ATE's goalkeeper Baudelio Caravantes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Fausto Charri was the one to do the kick off. 54 minutes into the match, Fausto Charri notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Club Deportivo ATE's Baudelio Caravantes. Baudelio Caravantes was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Leopoldo Pieres fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cresenciano Escapa having to interfere. Cresenciano Escapa was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Eleder Mauriz showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-2 in the 61 minute of play. Leopoldo Pieres sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Cresenciano Escapa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eleder Mauriz in the 66th minute of play. Ler Ladrada kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. If Ler Ladrada had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cresenciano Escapa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Donio Cadiz in the 79th minute. Rosio Cimbron could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Cresenciano Escapa made a huge save. Cresenciano Escapa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rosio Cimbron in the 84th minute of the match. Cresenciano Escapa made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Rosio Cimbron sent off a good shot on target. After having played for 88 minutes, Fausto Charri managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. In the 90th minute of the match Gonsalve Sanjurjo sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Baudelio Caravantes skillfully saved the ball. Sicuayoj FBC's Cresenciano Escapa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eleder Mauriz in the 93rd minute of play. Club Deportivo ATE's Eleder Mauriz has a good shot, but didn't show it this time. The shot went over the crossbar in the 95th minute. Club Deportivo ATE's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
