Spectators: 6852 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1852, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 8 minutes into the match, Jacobo Garviras notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Sincos's Cosme Loma. Cosme Loma was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Telmo Aldazabal kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. Cosme Loma made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Manex Arduengo in the 12th minute of play. Cosme Loma showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jacobo Garviras in the 14th minute of the match. The supporters of SportsLyons booed when Sincos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Palben Botas didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jacobo Garviras in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cosme Loma prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Manex Arduengo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 33 minutes into the match, Sincos's goal looked a bit too open when Jacobo Garviras came free, but Cosme Loma reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 36th minute, Jacobo Garviras got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When SportsLyons's Manex Arduengo in the 42nd minute got a chance for a shot 42nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jacobo Garviras made a kick off. Manex Arduengo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Cosme Loma tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mendebal Saer during the 59th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Sincos's Mendebal Saer got a free kick in the 59th minute. Cosme Loma yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-3. In the 69th minute, Honorio Zalvide hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 72 minutes into the game, Honorio Zalvide was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SportsLyons's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sincos the free kick. The supporters of Sincos booed when SportsLyons was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 72 match minutes in a wonderful position. Honorio Zalvide didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Guillermo Fontano came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the Sincos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Guillermo Fontano couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jacobo Garviras in the 81st minute of play forced Sincos's goalkeeper Cosme Loma to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Manex Arduengo struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Cosme Loma didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SportsLyons. Manex Arduengo who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 87thth minute tested the skills of Cosme Loma when he managed to save the team from getting behind. SportsLyons's Birger Engelborgh played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guillermo Fontano in the 90th minute of play. Guillermo Fontano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. SportsLyons's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
