Ramirez Villamizar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Silvino Gurendes having to interfere. If Firman Cobo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The Danubio FBC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. ALIANZA LIMA were winning 0-2.
