The referee ignored Atletico Grauu's protests and gave Fanuco Bretal a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Atletico Grauu's Fanuco Bretal got a free kick in the 70th minute. Gomez Almansa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 82nd minute of the match, but Guido Francisco made a huge save. 83 minutes into the game, Paio Cea was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Atletico Grauu's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Alianza Lima the free kick. If Havier Arrizabalaga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
