Ac Milan's Inko Palomares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benedicto Miñon in the 36th minute of play. Mikolas Brieba fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Inko Palomares having to interfere. After 46 minutes, Erasto Solanos mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ac Milan and the La Academia del Peru players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 47th match minute, Ac Milan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erasto Solanos to maneuver through the defense. La Academia del Peru's Rey Victorero couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 47th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Ac Milan. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Benedicto Miñon stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 60 minutes into the match, La Academia del Peru's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Eraña came free, but Demetrio Valdemoro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dubardo Casado took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 69th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Demetrio Valdemoro. With a little luck, Ac Milan's Inko Palomares got control of the ball when Claudinei Marcilla tried to sneak it across the goal line. Mikolas Brieba received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Inko Palomares came out and tried to block the shot, but Mikolas Brieba slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 77th minute. La Academia del Peru's Demetrio Valdemoro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marques Siles in the 85th minute of play. La Academia del Peru's Mikolas Brieba got a good chance for a goal in the 93rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Inko Palomares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benedicto Miñon, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. Mikolas Brieba struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Inko Palomares didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for La Academia del Peru.
