After a defensive mix-up in Nike United's zone, Dolcet Galisteo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Errando Remolino came out of the goal and Dolcet Galisteo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Dolcet Galisteo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Errando Remolino having to interfere. Mercenarios FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 18th minute, when Froila Othaz scored to the left of an out of position Regis Urtiaga, making the score, 1-0. In the 21st minute, Nike United's Raimundo Bon dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. Koldo Baldes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Regis Urtiaga tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 30th minute, Froila Othaz reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Regis Urtiaga. The goal made the score 3-0. Koldo Baldes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Regis Urtiaga made a huge save. When Gerald Hidalgo came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Mercenarios FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gerald Hidalgo couldn't finish the play. Froila Othaz kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Mercenarios FC's Tulasi Enteş got a free kick in the 41st minute. In the 45th minute Dolcet Galisteo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Errando Remolino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 45th match minute, Nike United was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Froila Othaz to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Mercenarios FC's Nel Acenero got a free kick in the 55th minute. Errando Remolino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dolcet Galisteo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 62 minutes, Nel Acenero managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mercenarios FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Nel Acenero was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. With a little luck, Nike United's Errando Remolino got control of the ball when Maximiano Hidalgo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Tulasi Enteş kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gerald Hidalgo in the 80th minute of play forced Nike United's goalkeeper Errando Remolino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 87 minutes, Sancho Moraina mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Nike United and the Mercenarios FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Nike United walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
