The supporters of Chancara booed when Jayanquillo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gonsalvo Sanchez didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eloy Cuero hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Chancara's Panfilo Felpeto got a free kick in the 7th minute. In the 8th minute, Claris Santayana got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 14th match minute, Chancara was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Castulo Bengoa to maneuver through the defense. Jayanquillo's Claris Santayana got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Bernardo Sarratea received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Rubio Piñan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Claris Santayana in the 27th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rubio Piñan prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 34 minutes into the match, Jayanquillo's goal looked a bit too open when Inguma Rozas came free, but Helder Bachicabo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Panfilo Felpeto in the 79th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Helder Bachicabo saved Jayanquillo from getting behind. Claris Santayana sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Bernardo Sarratea managed to get in a good position for a shot. Jayanquillo's supporters rose to their feet, but Bernardo Sarratea was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rubio Piñan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 90th minute, Ricardo Cieza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
