An unexpectedly hard shot by Cordaro Donallo in the 28th minute of play forced Carao's goalkeeper Dante Folgar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Perfecto Rieta recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Salinas FBC's Milian Mirantes proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 33rd minute of the match, managed to save Salinas FBC from getting a goal against them. In the 43rd minute Perfecto Rieta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Folgar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Magdaleno Villafañe to make the kick off. Cordaro Donallo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Dante Folgar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Salinas FBC getting a freekick after 58 minutes play. Ivon Centeno hit a great ball. Milian Mirantes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Magdaleno Villafañe in the 64th minute of the match. In the 64th minute, Txaran Boldu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 70th minute, Eugenio Trueba made a precise shot to the right of Milian Mirantes. Salinas FBC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. After having played for 74 minutes, Cordaro Donallo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Salinas FBC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cordaro Donallo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Zornin Cabredo during the 84th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 83 minutes into the game, one of Salinas FBC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave Carao a penalty, 85 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Soin Uralde, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Salinas FBC's Milian Mirantes. 2-0. Perfecto Rieta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 89th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Cordaro Donallo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 101 minutes into the match, Carao's goal looked a bit too open when Cordaro Donallo came free, but Dante Folgar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. For all the effort they put into the match, the Salinas FBC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Carao.
