With a left leg Misael Pinilla saved Arsenal from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tuste Peñuñuri in the 19th minute of play forced Arsenal's goalkeeper Misael Pinilla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Tuste Peñuñuri's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Misael Pinilla was relentless in the 24th minute of the game. Misael Pinilla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tuste Peñuñuri in the 26th minute of play. In the 39thth minute of the game Tuste Peñuñuri who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Arsenal's Misael Pinilla was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Tuste Peñuñuri fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Misael Pinilla having to interfere. 45 minutes into the game, Florencio Iñigo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tuste Peñuñuri to make the kick off. John Luciano charged in rather forcefully in the 51st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. In the 72nd minute, Quique Neila sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Arsenal's Misael Pinilla didn't even have to move. Virila Osorio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Narciso Arrojo went, in the 74th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Misael Pinilla showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tuste Peñuñuri, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. Tuste Peñuñuri fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Misael Pinilla having to interfere.
