Shepherd Agüera's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 75thth minute, Bonifaco Toraño skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Demario Beguellina sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 81st minute, Hungurahue FC's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Shepherd Agüera fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. The supporters of Conventillo booed when Hungurahue FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Xosepe Septiem didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bonifaco Toraño took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Izotz Quicedo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Santos Ordoñez's late challenge caught a Conventillo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Santos Ordoñez helped the player get up and apologised. Santos Ordoñez kicked well hit freekick during the 92nd minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Izotz Quicedo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Bonifaco Toraño was relentless in the 93rd minute of the game. In the 96th minute, Izotz Quicedo reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Bonifaco Toraño. The goal made the score 2-1.
