Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Quimariari's Artemio Arnedo started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Shepherd Agüera received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Jeronimo Hormaza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Conventillo's Izotz Quicedo got a good chance for a goal in the 6th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Conventillo's defense didn't have a chance, in the 14th minute, when Artemio Arnedo scored to the left of an out of position Cris Nobajas, making the score, 1-0. Conventillo's Cris Nobajas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Artemio Arnedo in the 17th minute of play. Bibiano Guanes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Cris Nobajas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 22 minutes, Bibiano Guanes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Quimariari's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bibiano Guanes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Artemio Arnedo was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 24th minute. Quimariari's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Reyes Matias hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Jeronimo Hormaza showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Izotz Quicedo, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. In the 37th minute, Bibiano Guanes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Artemio Arnedo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cris Nobajas having to interfere. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Shepherd Agüera could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Jeronimo Hormaza made a huge save. In the 54th minute of the match Jakes Luina sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Cris Nobajas skillfully saved the ball. Artemio Arnedo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jeronimo Hormaza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Izotz Quicedo in the 68th minute of play. In the 69th match minute, Conventillo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Atarrabi Viniambres to maneuver through the defense. Tabby Roca fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cris Nobajas having to interfere. Izotz Quicedo might have been able to make a better finish in the 90th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jeronimo Hormaza. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Izotz Quicedo ran back to his position shaking his head. Conventillo's Cris Nobajas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Artemio Arnedo in the 92nd minute of play. When Artemio Arnedo came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Quimariari fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Artemio Arnedo couldn't finish the play. Quimariari's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
