Desprecio's Pepe Bas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 3rd minute of the match, managed to save Desprecio from getting a goal against them. Gregory Iturraldes short, quick shot in the 5thth minute got Pepe Bas to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. When FC Cesamica's Cosme Ybañez in the 6th minute got a chance for a shot 6th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Desprecio's goalie prevented a goal. Gregory Iturralde fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pepe Bas having to interfere. If Mercurio Yunibarbia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gregory Iturralde came free with the goalkeeper in the 14th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Pepe Bas could save by the left post. Vito Lagunilla's late challenge caught a FC Cesamica's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Vito Lagunilla helped the player get up and apologised. Vito Lagunilla hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. When Cosme Ybañez came up free with the goalie in the 20th minute, the FC Cesamica fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cosme Ybañez couldn't finish the play. Cosme Ybañez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pepe Bas having to interfere. Pepe Bas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Gregory Iturralde in the 25th minute. After 26 minutes, Semeno Montenegro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Desprecio and the FC Cesamica players grew even worse after the yellow card. Semeno Montenegro hit a great freekick 26 minutes into the match. Pepe Bas was a little too slow when Cosme Ybañez got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 27th minute. The score was now 1-0. FC Cesamica's Elodio Ontaneda shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 32nd minute of play. The shot was stopped by Pepe Bas but with some difficulty. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gregory Iturralde got free with Pepe Bas in the 35th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 36th minute, Zenon Alija hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Desprecio's Pepe Bas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save Desprecio from getting a goal against them. Cosme Ybañez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Pepe Bas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Pinto Calva stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Desprecio booed when FC Cesamica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 53 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mercurio Yunibarbia didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gregory Iturralde in the 55th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pepe Bas saved Desprecio from getting behind. Semeno Montenegro got his second yellow card in the match during the 59th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 60th minute, Semeno Montenegro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pepe Bas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gregory Iturralde, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. FC Cesamica's Abelardo Ovin got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Gregory Iturralde fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pepe Bas having to interfere. In the 69th minute Gregory Iturralde shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pepe Bas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Abelardo Ovin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 72 minutes, Gregory Iturralde managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Cesamica's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gregory Iturralde was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. FC Cesamica's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Elodio Ontaneda in the 75th minute. Elodio Ontaneda made a great header on FC Cesamica's corner, it was just that Desprecio's Pepe Bas managed to reach the ball for a save. 77 minutes into the game, Gregory Iturralde cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Pepe Bas was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Gregory Iturralde fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pepe Bas having to interfere. After 82 played minutes Desprecio got a freekick which was hit by Pinto Calva. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hipolito Calvillo during the 83rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The audience was convinced that Nevada Montoto's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pepe Bas was relentless in the 88th minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in Desprecio's zone, Cosme Ybañez stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pepe Bas came out of the goal and Cosme Ybañez tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Pepe Bas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gregory Iturralde, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. FC Cesamica had played much better football throughout.
