After some fancy dribbling in the 6th minute, Oliveiro Villamor managed to get in a good position for a shot. Milkito Wanderers F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Oliveiro Villamor was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Seme Urrue breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After some fancy dribbling in the 8th minute, Oliveiro Villamor managed to get in a good position for a shot. Milkito Wanderers F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Oliveiro Villamor was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Seme Urrue breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Milkito Wanderers F.C.'s Ceferino Muste got a good chance for a goal in the 10th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Oliveiro Villamor had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Virgilio Collazos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Urdin Lezarazo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 19th minute, Lonzo Trasagua hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Milkito Wanderers F.C.'s zone, Olando Castrillon stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Urdin Lezarazo came out of the goal and Olando Castrillon tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Virgilio Collazos hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. In the 27th minute, Bixintxo Becerro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Seme Urrue was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. Virgilio Collazos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Urdin Lezarazo having to interfere. 44 minutes into the game, Oliveiro Villamor cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Seme Urrue was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 48th minute Oliveiro Villamor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Seme Urrue saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Oliveiro Villamor to strike the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in SportGusto's zone, Bixintxo Becerro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Seme Urrue came out of the goal and Bixintxo Becerro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Lonzo Trasagua during the 56th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 60 minutes of play, Milkito Wanderers F.C.'s Bixintxo Becerro made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Seme Urrue was left in no man's land by his defense there! Olando Castrillon fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Urdin Lezarazo having to interfere. Urdin Lezarazo was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Virgilio Collazos showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-1 in the 65 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oliveiro Villamor in the 68th minute of play forced SportGusto's goalkeeper Seme Urrue to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Many of SportGusto's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. SportGusto may have spent more time on the ball, but Milkito Wanderers F.C. were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
