When the match had gone on for 6 minutes, Guib Aldazabal took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Leonel Peres to make any attempt to save it. Leonel Peres was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Goizeder Ibañez showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 9 minute of play. 17 minutes into the game, Pirhuacachi's Jonas Miquel nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Pedro Gallese Quiroz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. Cunumbuqui FBC's Goizeder Ibañez got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 31 minutes, Ritchie Lasalde mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pirhuacachi and the Cunumbuqui FBC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Pirhuacachi's Ritchie Lasalde got his second yellow card of the match in the 42nd minute. The referee ordered Ritchie Lasalde off the ground. Ritchie Lasalde kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Lazaro Gudiel was the one to do the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Pirhuacachi's goal looked a bit too open when Sancho Obieso came free, but Leonel Peres reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Guib Aldazabal hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. The supporters of Cunumbuqui FBC booed when Pirhuacachi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 67 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gaston Ibarra didn't get a good kick on the ball. Andy Molleda could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 75th minute of the match, but Pedro Gallese Quiroz made a huge save. Txeru Ucedo kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. Foro Belon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Cunumbuqui FBC booed when Pirhuacachi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 80 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vladimiro Arenchen didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Guib Aldazabal managed to get in a good position for a shot. Cunumbuqui FBC's supporters rose to their feet, but Guib Aldazabal was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Leonel Peres breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. A collision led to Cunumbuqui FBC getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Constantino Lorza hit a great ball. When Foro Belon came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Pirhuacachi fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Foro Belon couldn't finish the play. Aurelio Proaño sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Guib Aldazabal took the ball and in the 96 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Leonel Peres. Leonel Peres dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. For all the effort they put into the match, the Pirhuacachi players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Cunumbuqui FBC.
