Fanuco Zubicoeta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lazaro Gudiel in the 19th minute of play. After having played for 22 minutes, Leandro Bacon managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tigres's supporters crossed their fingers, but Leandro Bacon was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Errando Oquerruri's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Leonel Peres read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 26th minute of play. Fanuco Zubicoeta showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lazaro Gudiel, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Errando Oquerruri in the 34th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Leonel Peres saved Pirhuacachi from getting behind. Leonel Peres made a fantastic save in the 38th minute, when Errando Oquerruri sent off a good shot on target. If Leandro Bacon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The wind increased when Errando Oquerruri made the kick off in the second half. Fanuco Zubicoeta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lazaro Gudiel in the 52nd minute of the match. Leonel Peres took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fagildo Alcubilla, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tigres's Fanuco Zubicoeta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lazaro Gudiel in the 67th minute of play. 69 minutes into the match, Tigres's goal looked a bit too open when Lazaro Gudiel came free, but Fanuco Zubicoeta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lazaro Gudiel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fanuco Zubicoeta having to interfere. In the 74th minute Lazaro Gudiel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fanuco Zubicoeta saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Errando Oquerruri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 91stth minute of the game Errando Oquerruri who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pirhuacachi's Leonel Peres was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Pirhuacachi's Jonas Miquel got a free kick in the 92nd minute. Leandro Bacon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Tigres had won after a very even match.
