An unexpectedly hard shot by Vidal Pescaredo in the 12th minute of play forced Cincos FC's goalkeeper Szymon Cwenar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Huasamayo booed when Cincos FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Estevon Fontova didn't get a good kick on the ball. Szymon Cwenar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vidal Pescaredo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Huasamayo's Xuban Miranes got a free kick in the 19th minute. After a rather tough play, Cincos FC's Santio Campomanes got a free kick in the 21st minute. In the 41st minute, Xuban Miranes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Yoel Vizcarreto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Rodolfo Freixes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Vidal Pescaredo was the one to do the kick off. When Yoel Vizcarreto came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Cincos FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Yoel Vizcarreto couldn't finish the play. In the 55th match minute, Huasamayo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Felippe Valdes to maneuver through the defense. 61 minutes into the game, Huasamayo's Xuban Miranes nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Szymon Cwenar made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. With an all-out effort, Cincos FC's Rodolfo Freixes threw himself towards the right post 70 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Yoel Vizcarreto, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. When Bazil Gurruchaga came up free with the goalie in the 72nd minute, the Cincos FC fans jumped to their feet. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Szymon Cwenar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rigoberto Taviel in the 88th minute of play. In the 91st minute, Bazil Gurruchaga got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some careless play in the Cincos FC defense, Rigoberto Taviel kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Szymon Cwenar. The Cincos FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Szymon Cwenar should have stopped the shot. Huasamayo's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
