Xosepin Ubidea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Galo Vilaprenyo in the 15th minute of the match. When Enekoitz Failde fell near the penalty area in the 16th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Metafez F.C.'s protests and gave Enekoitz Failde a yellow card for diving instead. Xosepin Ubidea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Miguel Pons, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. In the 20th minute Galo Vilaprenyo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Xosepin Ubidea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Xosepin Ubidea was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to Metafez F.C. getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Rafe Imaz hit a great ball. The supporters of Metafez F.C. booed when Saposoa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cristos Liviano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Enekoitz Failde was shown his second yellow card after 44 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. A collision led to Metafez F.C. getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Enekoitz Failde hit a great ball. Xosepin Ubidea took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Galo Vilaprenyo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Xosepin Ubidea came out of the goal in the 49th minute to try and stop a shot by Saposoa's Galo Vilaprenyo. But to his dismay, Galo Vilaprenyo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2.

In the 56th minute, Hilario Riart hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 58 played minutes Miguel Pons rounded Metafez F.C.'s defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 0-3. With a little luck, Metafez F.C.'s Xosepin Ubidea got control of the ball when Galo Vilaprenyo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Tristan Buendia struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Orlondo Graci didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Metafez F.C.. The attack was good, but when Beti Corniero in the 70th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Miguel Pons struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Xosepin Ubidea didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Saposoa. Orlondo Graci made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rafe Imaz in the 80th minute of play. If Beti Corniero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 83 minutes, Gogo Caviedes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Metafez F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Gogo Caviedes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Beti Corniero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rafe Imaz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Metafez F.C. booed when Saposoa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Theodore Leyarte didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 95thth minute of the game Beti Corniero who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Saposoa's Orlondo Graci was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 99 minutes into the match, Metafez F.C.'s goalkeeper Xosepin Ubidea had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Galo Vilaprenyo. When the final whistle went the supporters of Saposoa were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Metafez F.C. side.
