With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fix Careaga in the 5th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eleazar Cerejido saved Pilarume FBC from getting behind. The referee gave Tumboya F.C. a penalty, 8 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Olando Balanzuela, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Pilarume FBC's Eleazar Cerejido. 0-1. Evaristo Caselles received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Eleazar Cerejido tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 0-3 became the score in the 21st minute when Fix Careaga elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. When Tumboya F.C.'s Fix Careaga in the 30th minute got a chance for a shot 30th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 33rd minute, Fix Careaga got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Eleazar Cerejido took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Evaristo Caselles, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 40 minutes into the match, Tumboya F.C.'s Fix Careaga sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Eleazar Cerejido narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 42nd minute Fix Careaga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eleazar Cerejido saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Eleazar Cerejido made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Evaristo Caselles in the 44th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fix Careaga in the 45th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Eleazar Cerejido saved Pilarume FBC from getting behind. Evaristo Caselles recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Juango Madera's late challenge caught a Tumboya F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Juango Madera helped the player get up and apologised. In the 47th match minute, Pilarume FBC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Juango Madera to maneuver through the defense. The supporters of Tumboya F.C. booed when Pilarume FBC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 48 match minutes in a wonderful position. Juango Madera didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 49th minute, Evaristo Caselles got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Chap Chapado to make the kick off. When Tumboya F.C.'s Evaristo Caselles in the 55th minute got a chance for a shot 55th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Pilarume FBC's goalie prevented a goal. When Fix Careaga came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Tumboya F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fix Careaga couldn't finish the play. Evaristo Caselles made a well adjusted shot against goal in the 58thth minute coming free in front of the goal, but Eleazar Cerejido would not let the ball come through at any expense and made a nice save by the left post. Tumboya F.C.'s Salvatore Affonso got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The Tumboya F.C. fans' excitement grew in the 63rd match minute when Tumboya F.C.'s Evaristo Caselles looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-5 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 68 minutes into the match, Pilarume FBC's goalkeeper Eleazar Cerejido had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Xulian Ugartondo. Juango Madera fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tebaldo Navajas having to interfere. Evaristo Caselles kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 74thth minute. Though ot was a great shot Pilarume FBC's keeper Eleazar Cerejido was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. Evaristo Caselles's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Eleazar Cerejido read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 75th minute of play. Eleazar Cerejido stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Fix Careaga's shot from short distance in the 76th minute. 78 minutes into the match, Tumboya F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Eudoxio Yngles came free, but Tebaldo Navajas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 82 minutes, Fix Careaga managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tumboya F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Fix Careaga was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Juango Madera was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 83 minutes had been played. Juango Madera kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fix Careaga in the 86th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eleazar Cerejido prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Eleazar Cerejido made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fix Careaga in the 91st minute of play. Chap Chapado's late challenge caught a Tumboya F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Chap Chapado helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Pilarume FBC getting a freekick after 92 minutes play. Chap Chapado hit a great ball. Fix Careaga struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Eleazar Cerejido didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Tumboya F.C.. The supporters of Tumboya F.C. booed when Pilarume FBC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Chap Chapado didn't get a good kick on the ball. Eleazar Cerejido made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fix Careaga in the 96th minute of play. In the 97th minute, Froilan Quevedo had to leave the field with a concussion. After 97 minutes, Leon Ontaneda mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pilarume FBC and the Tumboya F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. With a little luck, Pilarume FBC's Eleazar Cerejido got control of the ball when Salvatore Affonso tried to sneak it across the goal line.
