The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Salvino Cavia's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 7thth minute, Orlo Cabañero skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 9 minutes into the match, Unión Huaral's goal looked a bit too open when Nicolas Omente came free, but Karlo Ferreros reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 11 minutes Unión Huaral's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Guillelme Zumiza who took care of the corner kick. Nicanor Cerrabe received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Orlo Cabañero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Karlo Ferreros showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Xuoco Confercin, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. 23 minutes into the game, Saladitos 2024's Nicolas Omente nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Karlo Ferreros made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Unión Huaral's Karlo Ferreros played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xuoco Confercin in the 26th minute of play. After 31 minutes of play, Saladitos 2024's Nicolas Omente made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Karlo Ferreros was left in no man's land by his defense there! Karlo Ferreros came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by Saladitos 2024's Cai Astonzas. But to his dismay, Cai Astonzas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Karlo Ferreros took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Xuoco Confercin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Cai Astonzas came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Saladitos 2024 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cai Astonzas couldn't finish the play. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-3 lead.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Xuoco Confercin got free with Karlo Ferreros in the 52nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 54th minute Cai Astonzas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Karlo Ferreros saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Saladitos 2024's Cai Astonzas slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Karlo Ferreros. That made the score 0-4 after 59 minutes of play. In the 65th minute, Cai Astonzas left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Saladitos 2024 fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-5. If Xuoco Confercin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. Enmanuel Guridi kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Unión Huaral's zone, Cai Astonzas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Karlo Ferreros came out of the goal and Cai Astonzas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 89 minutes, Dalmacio Somellera mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Unión Huaral and the Saladitos 2024 players grew even worse after the yellow card. Dalmacio Somellera kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. After 92 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Unión Huaral! Xuoco Confercin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 98th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
